Your New Body Sculpting Routine 

BodySculpt

1. Apply a generous layer of HydraFirm Body Gel to the treatment area
2. Press LED button once for continuous mode and twice for pulse mode
3.  Press CV button to turn on ultrasonic slimming function
4. Press RF button to turn on radio frequency and set desired intensity
5. Treat each area for 5 - 10 minutes
6. Use 3-4 times per week per area

Sera

1. Turn on and select BODY mode via the power button.
2. Apply HydraFirm Body Gel to clean, dry skin.
3.  Attach suction cup firmly to treatment area.
4. Activate EMS and LIPO functions, adjusting intensity as needed.
5. Red LED turns on automatically.
6. Wait for suction to lift skin, then release.
7. Repeat suction/release up to 3 times per area.
8. Start low (Level 1) and increase as tolerated.
9.  Work upward from lower to upper body.
10. Use on arms, legs, waist, buttocks, back, and abdomen.
