- Place LumaLux on a flat surface
- Connect the power adaptor to the panel
- Plug the power adapter into an AC outlet
- Ensure your skin is clean and dry
- Press the power button to activate the device
- Set your treatment color using the light mode control 'MODE'
- Use 'TIMER' button to set the desired treatment time. 10 minutes per area is recommended
- Press IR button to add infrared to any treatment mode
- Secure the protective goggles over your eyes and begin to treat the area
- Limit overall exposure to any one area to 30 minutes per day
- Continue your AM/PM skincare routine

Yes, LED light therapy is safe and suitable for all skin types. It is a non-invasive and painless alternative to other skin treatments. It is non-toxic and does not contain harmful UV rays responsible for skin damage and premature aging. LED does not heat or burn the skin. As with any treatment, there is a risk associated with overuse, so always follow the recommended treatment time, especially if you’re new to LED
There is limited research on the potential risks (if any) of using LED light therapy during pregnancy. It's always important to consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding

Yes, eye goggles are provided and it is recommended to wear eye protection when using LumaLux. It has a high power density and many prefer to close their eyes during treatment, particularly when treating the eye area
Depending on the power density of a given device, you may notice a mild heat radiating from your LED device. This is often the case with larger panels and full-body devices such as the LumaLux. As LumaLux combines both red and infrared light therapy you will feel a mild therapeutic heat as part of the healing and regenerative effects of light therapy. You should not experience any discomfort where the recommended treatment times are adhered to.
Red light therapy can be used several times a day. If the same body part is repeatedly illuminated, we recommend a maximum of 30 minutes per day. This period should be divided into 2 or 3 therapy sessions. For example, begin by treating the face for 10 minutes and then move to the torso for 10 minutes, followed by the legs for 10 minutes.
Set up the device on a flat surface and position the treatment area (e.g., arm, torso, or leg) under it, ensuring both are on the flat surface
With LED panels such as LumaLux Dome, the dosage is different from red light masks. The LumaLux Dome has a higher power density than an LED mask so the device can be placed at a further distance from the body allowing full body coverage without compromising on results.
Yes, many customers share their device with pets, and vet clinics/research suggest red/NIR light can be beneficial to animals. Please note, however, that while our device uses the same core red + near-infrared wavelengths commonly recommended for animal red light therapy (630nm~850nm), it’s intended for human use, and our dosage/usage guidelines aren’t designed for pets.
Please consult your vet first for the best dosage and safety guidance, keep light away from the eyes, and avoid use if your pet has pre-existing conditions such as tumors/history of cancer, eye conditions, or seizures.

It's so good, sometimes it goes missing and i will find it in my daughters room. She has noticed that the bumps on the back of her arms are a lot less inflamed and raised, and i've noticed the redness on my face is a lot more controlled and even. I have been raving abot this to all my friends. If anyone is interested in my routine, it's super simple.
Cleanse my skin, Red light therapy, Toner & Moisturise. (Customer service said that it is a good idea to use red light on clean bare skin so that nothing can stop the light from reaching deeper so thats what ive been doing). When I have time or if im watching a movie in bed or on the couch, I will also do this on my arms and legs. Great way to be productive.
I do this every night when I can, usually 4-5 times a week and ive been using this for about 3 months, there was a period of time i was on vacation so I didnt use this for about 10 days but aside from that ive been pretty consistent. I wouldn't usually recommend something or even write a review since I know everyone's skin is different but this is definitely worth a shot. "
